About the Presenter
Matthew Collins has over 25 years’ experience in Global Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Trade Compliance. He started his career in the industry working for Ingersoll Rand’s industrial air compressor division, managing their Midwest distribution facility in Minneapolis. 

In 1999 Matthew took a role with a local telecommunications provider designing and opening their distribution center, leaving the company when they were purchased by Brightpoint Communications.

Matt has worked for MD Logistics, the strategic partner for SEKO Global Logistics in Indianapolis for 20 years during which he has managed the international air import and ocean departments, before moving into a sales / consulting role in 2007 and eventually becoming Director of Sales. In this role he oversaw all client relationships and growth strategies for the freight forwarding division of the company.

On September 1st of this year, Matthew and his business partner purchased the SEKO strategic partnership from MD Logistics with the goal to continue growing the brand and expanding operations to a new facility in November of this year.
